We have recently had the absolute pleasure of working with Kaitlyn Shular (K Interiors/Bruce County Cabinets) and Steve Dennison (Dennison Homes/Bruce County Cabinets) in the construction and design of our new home in Southampton. They both were extremely professional in all our dealings, providing helpful advice and excellent suggestions throughout the entire process. No question was considered unimportant. The pride they took in their respective jobs was fantastic. All trades involved in the project also displayed the same pride in their workmanship and we had no issues with interacting with them as the need warranted. We were also kept in the loop at all times as to progress and no promises were made that could not be delivered. Timelines were consistently met and if there were any potential delays (which were extremely rare), we were advised accordingly. Budgets were rigidly maintained and prior to the completion of any upgrade, revised pricing issues were discussed. In an effort to ensure we would be able to move into our new home before the winter season set in, Steve had an “all hands on deck” approach in place. We would highly recommend this team to anyone considering a new build or a renovation. We are in fact encouraging a family member to engage Kaitlyn and Steve in their retirement building plans!
